2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to purchase or enroll. If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Purchases and Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and authorized for payment.
4. Workshops and Rescheduling
Workshop seats are limited. You may reschedule once up to 48 hours before your session. In case of instructor illness or low enrollment, we may reschedule or refund your seat.
For safety, follow all instructions when handling adhesives or tools. Children must be supervised by an adult during in-person sessions.
5. Returns and Refunds
Unused tools and sealed kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, course materials, text, and designs, is owned by SwiftPeak Botanics or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute course materials without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
